Clinton Public Safety was dispatched at 1:21 yesterday morning on a report of a stolen debit card. A woman who had an odor of alcohol coming from her person stated that her debit card and her E.B.T. card were missing. She said that while she did not see her boyfriend take them, she knew he did. She indicated that they were having problems and he was moving out. Officer Peay attempted to locate the boyfriend at a friend’s house, but was unable to. He explained to the woman that charges against the boyfriend could not be filed without supporting evidence, the woman reportedly became very irate then stated “Y’all just roll.”
