Laurens County Deputies responded to Elledge Road near Ware Shoals at 5:21 yesterday morning on report of a woman wanted for Grand Larceny charges being at the location where the theft reportedly occurred this past Monday. Deputies reportedly located syringes and other items on the subject including one substance that reportedly tested positive for Methamphetamine. Officers seized a total of 177 Diazepam 5 mg pills, 94 morphine pills and 2 other pills. 38-year-old Pamela Gayle Vermillion of 433 Elledge Road, Ware Shoals was arrested and placed in the Johnson Detention Center. She was served with an active warrant for Grand Larceny charge. It states that she took items valued at $2,000 or more from 433 Elledge Road on November 10th. A Surety Bond on the Grand Larceny charge was set yesterday at $5,000. Pamela Vermillion, also known as Pamela Loggins Vermillion, was being held in the Johnson Detention Center this morning with a hold for additional warrants that are being sought.
