Four Arrested on Meth Charges Tuesday Morning

The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office arrived at a Western Laurens County residence at 12:37 yesterday morning armed with a Search Warrant, and allegedly found items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine. Items reportedly included a pot, an HCL generator, a cut lithium battery and coffee filters. The investigation continued through the overnight hours. By the time deputies left around 6am yesterday, four people from the residence were arrested on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine and Illegal Disposal of Methamphetamine Waste. All four of the suspects reportedly live at 590 Bal Harbor Drive, Ware Shoals, where deputies say they found the meth lab.

  The four included one person with six convictions of Manufacturing Methamphetamine. 38-year-old Ralph James Jr., also known as “Cookie,” is accused in warrants signed by Deputy Sheriff Devin Hodges with being in possession of items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine yesterday, and of illegally disposing of methamphetamine waste. Deputy Hodges further states that Ralph James Jr. has Six Prior Convictions for the offense of Manufacturing Meth. Bond on Ralph James Jr. was set at $30,000. 

  Also arrested yesterday on the charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine and Illegal Disposal of Methamphetamine waste was 38-year-old Robert Dean Bradshaw of the same address. In addition to the two drug charges, “Bradshaw” was also served with a Bench Warrant from an April 16th, 2009 conviction on a Malicious Injury charge. He was sentenced to $470 or 30 days, plus $200 restitution and $60 court cost. As for the two new drug charges yesterday, Robert Dean Bradshaw had bonds set totaling $20,000.

  Two other residents of 590 Bal Harbor Drive, Ware Shoals who were arrested yesterday were 28-year-old Jeremy Joseph James, also known as “Chip,” and 40-year-old Teresa Tonette Wicker. They are also both charged with 2nd Offense Manufacturing of Methamphetamine and with Illegal Disposal of Methamphetamine waste yesterday. Bond for Jeremy Joseph “Chip” James was set at $25,000. Bond for Teresa Tonette Wicker was set at $30,000.  All four subjects of 590 Bal Harbor Drive, Ware Shoals remained  in the Johnson Detention Center earlier this morning.
