The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man wanted by Federal Agents this morning. Sheriff’s Cpl Nick Moye reportedly received information that the subject was at his residence west of Laurens. multiple Sheriff’s officers and Laurens City Police arrived at the suspect location on West Cliff Drive a few minutes before 5 o’clock this morning. They knocked on the door and the subject’s mother answered, and indicated her son was home. Deputy Timothy Byrd took the subject in custody.
34-year-old Travis Rashe Tolen of 128 West Cliff Drive, Laurens was placed in the Johnson Detention Center this morning, where he was being held for the Federal Marshall’s Service and ATF for weapons and narcotics charges.
