The Sheriff’s Office yesterday made an arrest from a Breach of Trust case last May. 28-year-old Victoria Sade McDowell of 203 Grove Street, Clinton was charged with Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent. Deputy Justin Yarbrough states that Ms. McDowell received money in trust valued at over $2,000 on May 29th, 2013 then appropriated the money to her own use with intent to deprive the victim of the funds. Victoria McDowell was released from the Johnson Detention Center on posting a $5,000 Surety bond.
