Multiple firearms were reported stolen from a residence on Tranquil Drive, Laurens yesterday afternoon. The man reportedly told Sheriff’s Sgt. Ron Wood that he left the house at 9:00 yesterday morning. When he returned home at 4:00 pm and opened his garage door he discovered a side door to the house was open. Two 12-gage shotguns valued at $2,500 were missing, along with a 3rd of unknown value. A flat screen TV valued at $1,000 was also taken. Lt. Martin assisted in the investigation.
