A Clinton man is facing seven charges following his arrest early yesterday afternoon. Clinton Public Safety arrested 45-year-old Barry Lee Hill of Beauregard Street,Clinton and charged him with Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He’s also charged with five traffic offenses, including Driving under the Influence, No Proof of Insurance, a Drivers License violation, an Open Container charge and with Improper Lights. Bonds set on the charges yesterday included $10,000 for the Possession of Crack Cocaine charge and $620 for the Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bonds on the traffic offenses ranged from $1,022 on the Driving under the Influence down to $155 on the Improper Lights citation.
Barry Hill was released from Clinton City Jail on his Personal Recognizance, pending his day in court.
