Presbyterian College Public Safety arrested a student on drug charges yesterday afternoon on campus. 22-year-old Brian Kristopher Shepherd of 1858 La Mesa Lane, Decatur, GA was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia is a ticket issued at 5:30 yesterday afternoon near the intersection of East Maple and Ashland Street. He was being held for warrants to also charge him with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession with Intent within Proximity of a School and with Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance. Lt. Kuykendall of PC Police alleges that on May 1st Bryan Kristofer Shepherd did unlawfully have more than 70 grams of marijuana in his possession, in several different packages with intent to distribute, allegedly occurred near East Maple and Ashland Street on Presbyterian College property. Shepherd also allegedly had unlawful possession on one amphetamine and one acetaminophen and 30 Alprazolam. Bryan Shepherd was being held overnight in Clinton City Jail, pending arraignment today.
