After making 20 arrests on drug charges Wednesday, Clinton Public Safety booked additional suspects yesterday. 47-year-old Tony Nathaniel Carter of 169 Price Street, Clinton was charged with Distribution of Crack Cocaine, Distribution within Proximity and with Conspiracy to Distribute Crack. He was transferred to the Johnson Detention Center with bonds totaling $45,000. 22-year-old Ty Micheil Stasterowski of 603 Bar-B-Villa Road, Clinton was charged with Conspiracy to Distribute Crack Cocaine. He was released on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.
