A man was arrested Friday for alleged shoving and threats on Thursday. 43-year-old Kenneth Spann of 2 Gaywood Avenue, Clinton was charged with Threatening Life and Assault and Battery 3rd Degree. Lt. Shelton states that on August 21st Spann committed battery by pushing the victim with his shoulder at 93 Human Service Road, Clinton. He also allegedly delivered a verbal threat to a Public Official during the course of that official’s duties, threatening the life or serious bodily injury to that person, directly related to the victim’s professional responsibilities. Kenneth Spann was released Saturday on personal recognizance bonds totaling $10,000.
