A former Waterloo resident remained in the Johnson Detention Facility this morning with cash or surety bonds totaling $56,000, following arraignment yesterday. 48-year-old Randy Lamar Goode with a new address between Landrum and Tigerville was arrested Monday and served with multiple warrants from a June 20th breaking to a house, another building and a car and the theft of items valued over $2,000; he was also charged with two assaults on women on July 30th at his residence on Dillard Road, Waterloo. In yesterday’s arraignment, cash or surety bonds included $15,000 for Criminal Domestic Violence of a High and Aggravated Nature, $1,000 for a 3rd Degree Assault and Battery charge, and $10,000 bonds were set on each of two burglary charges plus on Breaking and Entering an Auto and Grand Larceny.
