A Deputy responded to a Waterloo address at 11:35 yesterday morning regarding an alleged domestic assault. While Deputy Edwards was on the way the man asked for him to call. He reportedly told of being separated from his wife for two months, and of coming by to get some of his things from a shed outside, then he was to get his TV from inside the house. He said the wife slammed the door in his face so he kicked it in, since it’s his house and that he broke the screen on his TV. On arrival, the wife had gone to nearby neighbors, She told of sitting in the living room and her husband forcing the door open with three kicks to the door. She reportedly showed injury to her hand from where her husband allegedly grabbed a camera and cell phone from her. She noted she had photographed him taking his things from the storage shed in case he later claimed they were stolen. Deputy Edwards was going to consult a judge regarding charges in the matter.
