Laurens City Police yesterday arrested a man for an alleged domestic assault on Green Street. 29-year-old Jeffery Kenneth Sullivan of 409 Green Street, Laurens was charged with Criminal Domestic Violence. In a warrant, Sgt. Bolding states that an investigation indicates that Mr. Jeffery Sullivan pushed the victim, causing injuries to the victim’s elbow, while damaging the property inside the residence and causing the victim to fear for her safety during the incident at 409 Green Street. Mr. Sullivan was being held overnight in the county detention center, pending a bond hearing today.
