A Mountville man has been charged with sexual conduct with a juvenile. The Sheriff’s Office booked 41-year-old Deidra Ladora Robertson of 144 Ron McNair Road, Mountville on charges of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Criminal Solicitation of a Minor and with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor aged 11 to 14 in the 2nd Degree. Officer Crockett states that on November 29th Mr. Robertson did knowingly contact and communicate with a victim for the purpose of or with intent to persuade, entice or coerce the victim to engage or participate in sexual activities. On the same date he allegedly engaged in sexual battery with the victim by digital penetration with the victim. Officer Crockett further alleges that on or before November 29th Robertson did knowingly and willfully cause a minor to send pornographic images of herself to him via a cell phone, with the victim being 14 years old. During arraignment yesterday cash or surety bonds were set totaling $30,000 on the three charges. Deidra Ladora Robertson remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning.
