The Sheriff’s Office yesterday arrested a Clinton man from alleged incidents two weeks ago. Charged with Assault and Battery 3rd Degree and with Trespass was 49-year-old Mitchell Dwayne Walker of 1150 Lake Road, Clinton, also known as “Rooster Head.” Mr. Walker is accused of assaulting another man and threatening to kill him by brandishing a knife at the victim, swinging it at the victim 3 or 4 times in a slicing motion at another location on Lake Road, Clinton. Also on April 16th, Mitchell Walker is accused of trespassing on another person’s property at a third location on Lake Road, Clinton. Walker remained in the Johnson Detention Center earlier today pending arraignment.
