Judy Strange Kinne, 69, of Camden, NY, and wife of Brian S. Kinne, passed away Friday, January 24, 2014, at Oneida Healthcare Center in Oneida, NY.
She was born January 5, 1945, in Laurens, SC, a daughter of the late Melford and Edna Bishop Strange. Judy was a graduate of Limestone College. She was employed by the Dept. of Defense as a teacher and taught at various U.S. Air Force bases all over the world.
Surviving in addition to her husband are: a sister, Linda Strange Brown of Mountville, a brother F. Wayne Strange of Laurens, nieces, Donna Brown Gooch of Laurens, Jan Brown Skinner of Mountville, Stephanie Strange Quarles of Laurens, Christine Hall of Rome, NY; nephews, Matthew J. Strange of Laurens, and Richard Kinne of Boston, MA; and 14 great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, January 31, 2014, at The Kennedy Mortuary Chapel conducted by Rev. Hampton Hunter with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the committal.
