Two people arrested early Friday morning by the Sheriff’s Office were served with multiple drug charges later in the day. Now charged with three counts, Possession of a Controlled Substance are 37-year-old Tanya P. Eclavea of 120 North Marion Street, Joanna and 33-year-old Keemarrio Dillard of 641 Apple Orchard Road, Clinton, also known as “Shy” and “Shawn.”
Deputy Paul Page states in warrants that an investigation by Sgt. Nick Moye indicates that Ms. Eclavea and Mr. Dillard were in possession of three controlled substances without authority Friday morning. Both remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning with Surety bonds totaling $15,000 on the three drug charges.
Keemarrio Dillard was also served with a Bench Warrant issued last November 12th that cited a November 12th conviction in Laurens Municipal Court on a Shoplifting charge. A sentence was set at $650 or 30 days in jail for “Shawn” Dillard.
