A young woman reported to Clinton Public Safety yesterday afternoon that she was driving in ‘the car’ on Springdale Drive when a man, who is ‘the kid’s father’ reached around the seat and smacked her in the face. She said he then got out of the car and began walking to his house. She then drove to the police department to report the incident. She didn’t want charges pressed, and didn’t have any apparent injury, but did want the incident documented.
