A Clinton woman called Public Safety around 7:00 last evening and reported that her son had gotten into an incident at school last week and that he told her yesterday that someone had shot at him last Friday night. Officer Harris talked with the son, who said he was walking on North Bell near Martha Dendy between 8:30 and 9:00 pm when a truck picked up speed and started coming at him. He said as he ran shots were fired at him. He also told of texts from a subject who supposed fired the shots and indicated he would be seeing him again. The subject’s name was unknown, but purported to be a 16-year-old male, as was the victim.
