The Sheriff’s Office yesterday charged a man with taking a gun into a manufacturing plant Monday. 49-year-old Reginald Douglas Fuller of 5 Ashley Hall Road, Fountain Inn was charged with Breach of Peace, Aggravated in Nature, with Pointing and Presenting a Firearm and with Illegal Possession of a Gun. Lt. Bryant Cheeks states that on January 5th Reginald Douglas Fuller pointed a firearm at a victim at 101 International Blvd, Fountain Inn. Lt. Cheeks states that Fuller was in aggravated breach of peace by having a .25 caliber handgun in his possession while he was looking for a person inside a plant at 101 International Blvd. Fuller is also accused of being in Illegal Possession of a firearm because he has been convicted of a crime of violence.
Cash or surety bonds on the three charges totaled $6,000. Reginald Fuller remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning.
