A Gray Court area man was placed in the Johnson Detention Center just after 2 yesterday morning, pending warrants from an early morning investigation by the Sheriff’s office. Later yesterday, 27-year-old Bryan Eugene Patterson of 1854 Hellams Road, Gray Court was served with four charges, including Criminal Domestic Violence, Malicious Damage, Giving False Information to a Deputy and Resisting Arrest. In Warrants served yesterday, Deputy Farrah Cook alleges that on March 31st Bryan Patterson committed criminal domestic violence by attempting to smack the victim in the face and that he did $200 in malicious damage by breaking an 11-year-old child’s personal TV. Cook further alleges that Patterson gave false information by giving the wrong name to Sheriff’s Sgt. Timmons when asked for his name early yesterday morning and that the subject resisted arrest so that a taser was used to complete his arrest. Surety bonds on the four charges were set yesterday totaling $16,150. Bryan Eugene Patterson was released on posting of bond.
